Somewhere back in the 1980’s a mini revolution in the cocktail arena happened. It included the addition of very sweet liquors all by themselves to create a whole new genre of liquid treats at the bar and at home. At the forefront (possibly originating in New Jersey) The Fuzzy Navel was born. Finger Lakes Harvest Fuzzy navel is simple, fruity, and light on the tongue. Ours is a keen blend of orange and peach shrubs, a touch of simple syrup and a little more aging. Vodka is the spirit of choice, but other, equally wonderful versions include gin, white rum, and even tequila. Experiment, please!
