Ben Franklin loved making orange shrubs probably because they are incredibly versatile. 1/2 ounce flavors 16 oz of water. Make a cosmo with a bit of lime and cranberry shrubs and vodkas, or add to club soda.

Apart from its steady citrus flavor, orange shrub , its oils can settle a stomach, zest a salad, make a sour or to hoppy beer happy again.  They do it in England.

Our oranges come from Northern Florida.

We extract the flavor and juices from fruit harvested here in the Finger Lakes region whenever possible. If off-season or not native to the Finger Lakes, only the highest quality fruits are used.
