Our Elderberry First products are made from whole fresh elderberries, organic large crystal cane sugar, organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother), and water sourced from our local, glacial lakes. A small amount of black currants and fully ripe organic concord grapes with their skins are added for resveratrol and potent, naturally mineralized vitamin C. Our unique process allows for the highest possible complete elderberry content of any national brand – 3500 mg of Elderberry per serving for our syrup and shrub tonic.
Our elderberry products can be consumed straight or better yet with 8 oz of water, juice or tea. All should be refrigerated after opening to maintain freshness and stability.
