Health Benefits of Tonics
Our tonics are made from three simple ingredients, fruit or root, organic apple cider vinegar, and water. No organic sugar added. The best way to maximize uptake of key fruit components (and the all important ACV) is to dilute 1oz to 8oz of water. ACV in this manner is easier to consume, AND easier to make it a habit on a daily basis. Lastly, you can take it up to 3 times a day, separated by 8 hours to allow the ACV to be metabolized. That’s all you need.
